Whats one product you don't use on your Ferrari, that might save someone who is new, from ruining the paint and finish on their car |

I'm a huge Zaino fan. You can call or email Sal, and he'll chat with you about specific applications or problems. Great service! |

I could tell many stories about car care products, I have tried MANY, and I too am a Zaino believer. |

Based on a previous post by Tenney and some searching on the web, I bought the Zaino products to wax my 328. Since it was 76 degrees yesterday (It's Florida, guys...), I went thru part of the process. I didn't use the clay that I ordered because I I didn't have the time or energy. I did the wash, Z1-Polish Lok and Z3- Polish for regular paint. It is a "wet" looking finish and looks very good. I stopped at one application but you can put on more. After driving it, the finish seems to have less "static" in that not as much dust was sticking to the surface. So far, I would say I'm pleased with the results. |

I have painted several show cars, one of which was my ferrari. Maguyers (spelling of it may be off) They have a 3 step, and a 10 step wax. The 10 step ends up like wet water on your car. The 3 step works just as good and also smells like bananas, makes me hungry. |

I used to use rain x on one of my cars until I had a small crack in the windshield (due to flying stone). Ibrought the car to one of those screen repair guys and the resin they used would not penetrate the crack fully. Thats when they asked me whether I used rain x or similar on the windscreen. Apparently if you do, the film it creates prevents the crack from being properly repaired. |

I have owned six Ferraris and the absolute best wax I have ever used is Porzelack. It was originally made in Germany and then someone in the States brought it here. I have used almost every wax and polish that is or has been on the market for 12 years and this is my pick. If anyone wants the address, email me and I will send it to you. [email protected] |

I have always had very good results with Zymöl. It is all natural and smells good. I looked around and found Autoglym at http://www.properautocare.com/autpainren.html |

I've actually had good luck with a polish called Zaino (www.zainobros.com). I've tried them all over the years and haven't really been a wax fan of late. Zaino seems to do the trick, is pretty easy to use and is the best stuff I've tried so far in terms of depth and clarity of finish. My cars also seems to collect less dust after a couple of coats have been applied and so no longer use car covers. |

You mean there's Ferrari owners who take it to a car wash??? I use Nu Finish. Gives a nice 'wet look'. Also Rain-x on the glass just in case I get caught in rain. |

I wash my car. When I first got my Ferrari, I took it to a car wash where kids were doing it for some charity. They meant well, but I took it home and re-washed it. I like the way Autoglym Super Resin Polish removes swirl marks off the black paint. Meguiars Swirl Remover before the Autoglym does even better. I will never again in my life buy a black car. |

I would like to know if all you Ferrari owners wash your Ferrari's by yourself or pay someone else to do it, and if you do it yourself, what kind of products do you use. Either profeesional products or products you can buy at the nearest auto store. |
