Blaise, that's a nice looking abode that the car is sitting in front of. Is it yours ?

Here is my 360 Spider Schumi
. I love it, the car and tires were in perfect condition. I bought it with about 800 kilometers on the dash. As far as the Euro car issue, I think it is total BS brought to us by our dear US dealers who were asking not so long ago in California about $360K for the car.

As I told Tim,
I do not think the car is worth much more than any other 360. Ther eis only 1000 Miles on the car so Schummi did not own the car long or drove the car extensively to hurt it. Further I do not believe he would actually do such a thing.

As for Tim I do not think he is looking for a garage queen and show car to bring to the next concourse with the paperwork and have people look at the driver seat going: "ohhhh, Schummi sat in this leather..."
So why pay a premium. Get a driver that you enjoy. I hope you will stay in the F-Family of cars. As I e-mailed you earlier, I would look at a 550 for driving. I think that is the greatest value in that class right now.

am sure he did not abuse the car. he is on record during some seat time on the barchetta saying that he did not want to do burnouts for the camera since it was bad for the car....he did do one though.....
am beginning to wonder whether schumi has been doing what mansell did whereby dozens of cars were put in his name to boost re-sale values, coz this is about the 5th car i've heard about in this vein in the last few months.
personally, i would consider getting it since if you want that car already the ownership tree can't hurt.....he is after all the greatest living driver.....
tim can you hook me up w/ some more info?

it would be like buying an f-car that a rock star or pro-athlete owned - NO THANKS! (ok, maybe not as bad but almost, as shumacher at least knew what he was doing when he ragged it out)

There is a Euro 550 on ebay right now not getting any action that was owned by Schummacher. When they relisted it, they took off the fact that he owned it. Maybe it hurt it.

I have an oportunity to purchase a '2001 360 spider silver/black euro owned by Michael Schumacer. there is a plaque on the dash saying it was specially made for Schumi and paperwork to back it up from the factory. questions are:

is an ex Schumi car worth any more if so how much?
is it really bad to buy a euro car?
what do you think it worth?
