Jerry, the rear shelf and everything else except the seats and steering wheel were in vinyl. A lot of 308s have been re-trimmed in leather including mine. The cream bit is also correct and is also on the inside of the targa top. I have seen a few which have re-done the cream areas in red to match the red exterior - looks great IMHO as I had mine re-trimmed in black leather with red inserts. Can send pics if req'd. |

1979 GTS. Also, did all carbed 308's come with the cream colored trim above the rear window and in front of the side windows? Thanks, Jerry |

I am currently removing my rear shelf and all other leather pieces behind the seats. My first question: are these parts supposed to be covered in leather or vinyl? It looks like someone recovered mine already in vinyl. Second question: I want a trim shop to re cover these pieces that really knows what they are doing. Anyone dealt with Coachtrim? Thanks in advance for any help. Jerry. |
