i saw these shoes for sale at the fila store in the duty free at the rome airport a few weeks ago. they also come in grey, which i like a lot better. they cost E160 ($160). the only difference is you can't get them personalized there, but frankly i don't ever get anything monogrammed so i wouldn't care.
the grey ones are on my xmas list....

Hey Arlie,
I like the Enzoman bit... Think I'll use that one,
I just need to find a big E to sew on my clown suit...
And the 308 is in the shop...
I was going to rebuild the carbs as a birthday gift to myself, but have to fly out of town to work on another damn TV show so I dropped the car off to let Chuck rebuild the carbs while I'm away... that way I can be driving when I get back in town.

Dave, didn't I see you picking up trash by the highway while wearing a suit like that? And wasn't there a guy wearing sunglasses and carrying a shotgun on horseback beside you?
Or maybe it's like this: That's not a driving suit. By day, he's mild mannered Dave. At night, he's ENZOMAN, the crimefighting superhero who drives a Ferrari. (Unless of course it happens to be in the shop for major routine service.)

Has anyone tried to order them? There is no buy button on the site.

In my opinion, the shoes Ernesto posted look a bit more authentic to me.

Especially since the exoticar ones have that blatant MS badge on them, which I dont think micheal himself has on his pair. Also that racey flag on them might make them sell better :]

On the other hand, the materials used might be exactly the same, and which would make them practically identical. This is, afcourse, just speculation.

Shoes look great, especially that carbon fiber piece is a nice detail indeed.

One thing I find a bit odd though, is the fact Fila will only sell them on the owners' site.
Either they don't care about making big profits on this item, or they just want to keep them 'rare'. Collector's item kind of shoes.

Ok, I just got the Exoticar catalog in the mail the other day and they have a slightly different pair of Fila racing shoes for sale. They also claim that these shoes are an actual replica of the shoes worn by Michael Schumacher. The shoes available from the Ferrari owners site look similar to the ones from Exoticar, but are not exactly the same. So, I wonder which style does he actually wear? The shoes from Exoticar are $200 and the item number is 42843 (the Nomex and Kevlar ones). Here is a pic of those shoes.

To bad I haven't got the money for these because I like them.
And they don't cost that much more then regular racing shoes.
I thought that a pair of Sparco's cost around 225 euros.
So for special Ferrari ones with your name on them it aint that expensive.
Real nice shoes, but in my size (47 EU/13 USA) they would be a pair of clown shoes after all.

I know the Euro is about 1.55 Canadian which is about what the US greenback goes for here also so they would be about par.

I just got my Ferrari owners site newsletter, and thought I should share this important piece of Ferrari news:

Developed in direct collaboration with Michael Schumacher, the Ferrari Racing Shoes by Fila are an exact copy of the shoes used by the Formula 1 champion, they will be available only on the Ferrari Owners Site from today. These shoes can be personalised with the owners name embroidered on the tongue, making every pair unique.

A few questions....WHEN does MS wear these shoes? WHY are they only available on the owners site? WHO wants embroidered shoes?
