I agree that you should get a wind visor. You're risking damage to your top. |

Get a wind visor between the headrests. This will reduce the flow of back air and will keep you warm during the winter. I have driven top and doors open in my BMW Z1 to a ski resort. Decked out with ski cloths but the top and doors open. There is nothing nicer than fresh cool air and a blue sky and white snow around you. |

if you catch the wind in that 'sail' behind you, it could flip the whole top back and bend the struts etc, essentially ruining your top. i would not advise doing this anymore. |

i hope this doesnt seem too dumb but can a 348 spider be used as a targa. its getting cold in northeast and i drove to work today on suburban side streets with top pulled back but not dropped down and windows up. worked really well (looked a little funny) but wondering if top can be damaged by this. if you guys give ok i will be top open all winter |
