His wife has plenty of money and he enjoys to spend it is basically why this administrator has two 2001 porsches, but back to the issue, is there anyone who can attend this car show?

I have always wondered why you hear stories about administrators making $120k, at the same time my friend who is a school teacher making under $30k is buying class supplies with her own money since the school has cut back.

The fact this gets no press is the biggest mystery to me?

I'm not trying to rain on Chris's car show. It just strikes me as making complete logical sence when I hear an Administrator owns 2 Porsches. And that fact that this did not strike me as odd till Dave asked... well it should bother me!

Actualy, this is the reason I didn't become a Scientist. The business guy that runs the company makes twice as much as the brainy guys that are actualy doing the ground breaking research :-)

Dave, one other possibility-- the administrator is already wealthy and doing the job cause he wants to do it. Just because someone doesn't have a high paying job doesn't mean they are not loaded and certainly doesn't mean they are doing anything illegal. Just my 2 cents.

Dave I know you are kidding (I hope) but to say something like that is somewhat shortsighted. I worked a job paying $11 an hour when I bought my first Ferrari. How? By investing (mostly the stock market)--------In this country, there are many ways one can make additional money-----Maybe his wife repairs Ferraris on the side.

I am kin to all wealthy Gaults. Actually I have never heard of him. All my local kin are just a bunch of redneck mutts. We are of Scottish descent and a member of the O'Donald clan.

You better look again, Plenty of these people make that kind of salaries and more. This is one thing wrong with our school systems. The administration expenses drain the school budgets and the first thing that gets cut are teachers and educational and activity budgets.

How does a school administrator own 2 2001 Porsches? Is he selling dope at the school? (serious question--that is very abnormal, since these folks don't make 200K a year)

I am the head of a car show at my local school in Richmond VIrginia. I proposed to the administration that we hold a campus car show at our school and voiced how much interest various car owners have shown, especially this group of Ferrari owners and enthusiasts. I have already voiced that my favorite marque is Ferrari and would love if tons of these cars would show up to this show on Sunday October 6. I know some of you voiced interest earlier and I am so apprecative, but now I need a more firm commitment that if we have this show on Oct 6, you will show up. I know its a long way ahead but I need to start planning. Our administrator owns 2 2001 porsches and I'd like to show him what a real car is (I am a devout Ferraristi and in March went to Maranello to visit the factory). PLease come, and please respond to my personal email. ([email protected], I know its wierd I was 12 when I came up with it).
