Yeah there are definite advantages to buying used Ferraris. Plus, like he said, what else comes close to a 512TR. And many of the newer Ferraris don't have that pure Ferrari edge to them (which is probably a good thing, but nevertheless the don't have something that the older cars do). But, newer cars run more reliable and have warranties and are faster. They're all great in their own ways (we could debate between newer and older forever, so I'll just end it at that). |

I'd hate to break the news to you Randy, but I don't think $500 could even buy you the Momo steering wheel J. Bret, I think William uses his savy business-sense and figures for the price of a new 360, he could have several classic Ferraris and have enough left-over to "play" with them. |

Peter - just over 500. but hey, its a start somewhere and only minimal self-donations and no promotions as of yet. I gotta go update that site one of these days. |

Bret, I think the Testarossa is classic Italian sculpture, the 360 is nasty & I prefer mid engine cars So... |

I'm doing quite well Mark! =D and I think I'll be fine with just one Ferrari when the time comes. 456, didn't see it at the USGP last year unless it was in the FCA lot next to the Shelby lot across from the track. Then again, I noticed several Ferrari's park in lots, shelling out big dough just so they would think they'd get a cushioned spot, but once they left, someone would park their SUV next to em. I saw this happen to a TR. ugh. |

Well, I am currently lusting after a 456 GTA. Have a 308, but need an extra seat, and after seeing a 456 in real-life at the Indy F1 race last year, hooooeeee. What a beauty. I, too, need a winning lottery ticket, though. Hmmm, I wonder how that kid with the 'gimme a dollar to buy a Ferrari' is doing? Would you guys respond more positively to 'gimme a dollar for ANOTHER Ferrari'? |

I purchased a 79 512BB last year and love it. I've owned a couple 308's over the years, a dino coupe and two front engine V12's. The Boxer is one of the best Ferraris I have ever had the pleasure to drive. PS: Just wish I had enough money to purchase some of the new stuff! |

Instead of thinking about getting a Vette, or Porsche, or Whatever, what would be the next Ferrari you'd get? I'd love to get a 365 GT4 BB or a 512 BB. Either way its got to be carbed! |
