I read all the material.FNA has just reiterated their objections of last yr which lost them the case.It seems doubtful there will be a different outcome this yr. Since yours is a '01 there should be no problem at all. |

Martin, My car is a 2001 so I don't think there is a problem. Did you notice that FNA made there objection eight days after the deadline of 10/10/02? John |

I followed last yrs suit( which FNA lost)against JK Technologies pertaining to the import of '01 Euro 550's and 360's by getting the link from guys on the chat. Does anyone have such a link for the case of FNA against a California importer pertaining to the import of the '02 models? |
