Once again, here's the scoop on the original TV Batmobile. Sorry, no Premier, no Chrysler, and no turbine. http://server.ferrarichat.com/~ferrari/ferrarichat.com/discus/messages/132929/125561.html |

I think the original TV Batmobile was based on the Lincoln Premier. Did see one of the Chrysler Turbine cars on the program "Car Crazy". The host, Dennis Gage, visited a current owner, discussed a detail or two and went for a drive around. Interesting car(s). |

Peter: One of them is. The original TV Batmobile was based upon a Chrysler Turbine. It was auctioned a few years ago. |

So what's the deal with those Chrysler Turbine cars, are there any out there in the real world, in private hands? |

Well We went and I seems we missed a few. It started with a perfect day and a 100 mph jaunt on the 101 south. I picked up Hans at the hotel and headed off to Peterson. We arrived at 10:15 and waited on the 3rd level until 10:45. We went to the reception area and waited. I got some shots of a BMW coupe and James S's arrival in his testarossa. He are some shot. Brock yates was there signing books as well.
