That's a different conversion to the Sultan of Bruneis' car, since the latter was converted to a 2 seater. Suspect the car pictured will be no stranger to scuttle shake, since there isn't the room under the car to introduce more stiffening without re-engineering the thing.

Here's a pic of a cut 456 I spotted at the Monterey Historics in 2001. It was very nicely done, but I've no idea by whom.
