the breathing is better than most filters. I'm not sure of the material that the OEM filter is made of. Claims of increased HP, but the increase is negligable at most maybe 3hp, who knows, but then again that is for most cars. The K&N's can also be cleaned by washing them and then spraying the oil over the element with their 're-charge' kit as needed. Even if you don't have the recharge kit, even after a year, it will be flowing much better than a "typical" OEM filter. |

Anyone have opinions on the benifits of K&N filters? Is it that you don't have to change them as much or do they really let the car breath better? |
