It's called "Victory by Design". An excellent, but brief, survey series of various significant race cars. There's also an excellent one on Porsche race cars. Speedvision had this series on periodically so Speed Channel should be doing the same. Get a Tivo machine so it could record the program whenever it comes on. |

I saw a program on the speed channel today about different racing ferrari's which included the 250LM, 333SP and a bunch of other ferrari's with video of each as well as shots with the driver racing them from within the cockpit..people werre arriving at my house so i had to leave the TV but I could'nt! It was that good....Mostly races only on SPEED channel so i dont watch it..glad i caught this one. |

I woke up this morning and turned on the TV, half asleep. I must have dialed in the wrong channel on the remote but lo and behold, it was the right channel!!! Because it was the Speed Channel!!! Cox's customer service reps and program guide did not show that the channel existed here in Las Vegas. So, all this time I I thought it was SOL.
It was great because the FIA F1 race in Sao Paulo was on. The screaming 2002 Ferrari racing down the track like an attacking eagle.
Of course the results were outstanding
1 M. Schumacher (Ferrari)
2 R. Schumacher (BMW)
3 Coulthart (Mercedes)
My question is, how old is this broadcast from today 3/31/2002 (Happy Easter) Is it live? |
