go to photopoint.com and back up your pictures NOW.

The site is up as of a few moments ago, after being down almost a week. they are now listed on F'ed company, with a score of 200, so you know the site will not last that long. Due to finances, not technical problems as they have claimed, it looks like the doors will be shutting down.
