funny what a*holes some sales guys are.

That is why I advertise as: buy a car from somebody that drives one himself.

I know the lug nuts were to keep me from driving. they did a credit check before they even took me for a ride. It just really rubbed me wrong when they gave me that bull and then after we got back from the drive I pointed out that the water pump wa shot and that the car was poring water out of it the salesman said "oh really? I didn't know it had a water leak" but when he pulled it back into the show room floor he got out and repositioned the drip pan to catch the water.

I guess I am running a muck again, But I just wanted to know what came of the car.

I double clutch too. Why not?

The nuts was probably an excuse not to let you drive.
Repaint is considerable.

I think it was a steel body car. red. I think it had Maroon (or deep red) interior. The problems that I seen with the car was a leaking and rumbling water pump, (obvious bearing failure) windows that did not let up or down, when the sales person took me for a ride (they had the nuts to tell me that the lug nuts were falling off, thus they did not want anyone driving the car) he double clutched it EVERY shift. The car was originally Silver. some one had painted it, but I don't remember how long it had been changed.

1998 may have traded hands twice already.

especially if it was a dog.

No. I did not get any of that info. the car was not in good shape at all. they were asking $20,000. The ferrari needed alot of work, and they were not honest about it at all.

I looked at this car in 1998, and was wondering if any of you purchased this car.
