1 difference is the price of a recharge, the earlier refrigerant is no longer procued so while it used to cost like $0.80 in 1990 its more like $15.00 per bottle now, probably more & the price per bottle is doubtful to come down |

92 512 TR's have R-12, just did one,...I think the first year of R-134a is 94 as per Federal mandate. Either system (gas) works equally as well as the other in their original application. If you need the long version as to the why's and wherefores ...ask. |

Hello all, Would someone kindly verify if the 1991/92/93 512TR had R12 refrigurant (freon) and the 94/95 F512M had R134a freon? Are there any other A/C system differences and does the 512M system "rule"? |
