Hi, one site I found through Lambocars.com, listed at bottom of "for sale" are links: one is Classic car collection: carclassic.com. They have possible listings for almost all Ferraris, they're in Europe, prices in E euroes, its good to check prices though. They have extensive listings of many! exotics. Happy hunting. |

www.4Ferrari.com Thanks Byron. Dealers can be more money but don't have to be. You can alwas find a good deal. Your usual F-dealer is more than an independant but even at an F-dealer you can find good deals on older models they have as trade-ins.

I have bought 3 out of state that were in the market letter. I would ad cars.com to Gene's list. It is a compilation of classified ads from newspapers throughout the US. Dave |

Martin, Cavallino Motors. I personally didn't do it, but you left out 'eBay' as one of the options. Private parties are generally the way to go for me, because then I can talk with the owner one-on-one about the car, its history, and get a feel for the quality of ownership. |

Here's where I usually look for F cars.... (Bookmarked in browser) BTW - I'm in So Cal 1. Collectorcartrader 2. Autotrader 3. Carbuyer 4. Recycler 5. Hemmings 6. Ferrari Market Letter 7. Dupont Registry I usually prefer purchasing from private parties because I have that feeling that dealers usually apply premiums which I don't feel like paying. I will purchase from a dealer when price is reasonable. IMO purchasing a used car from private party is the same as purchasing it from a dealer - either way you have to do a thorough inspection prior to purchase. To Everyone.... Where do you go to shop for F's???? |
