My transaction is complete. I received my package today. All very reasonable. This will be the FIRST place I look for parts from now on.

No errors, just hangs at the loading stage after downloading files is completed. If I quit the session I get "ISO4.exe is loading do you want to quit?". After 45 minutes you bet I do!

Heath....you have to first be registered on the http://www.owners.ferrari.com website. Then select the Vintage section / Spare Parts / Go / and then choose your model (308 or 328 only at the present time, but they are adding more) / and finally choose your year, model, etc.

As others here have alluded to, in order to view the Spare Parts Tables (Tavoles, as Ferrari calls them) you will be prompted to install the IsoView software which will provide a sort of interactive environment for ordering parts.

They appear to have a very complete stock of vintage 308 / 328 parts, most of which are extremely hard to source here through the dealer and parthouse network. For example, I've been trying to find a couple of small trunk carpet panels for my 308 that were missing when I purchased the car. Every source I tried was a dead end street (even trying to source used ones through T.Rutlands off a salvage car). Nearly a year went by until I finally found them via the FerrariParts.UK webportal -- brand new, still in the Ferrari shrink wrap packaging (a little dusty, but original none the less).

I'll second Eric's impression. They confirmed my order and it is being sent now. I'll definitely use them again.

It loaded, for the most part, automatically for me. Perhaps there are certain operating system / pc requirements. What sort of errors are you getting when it tries to load?

How did you get Isoview4 to load? I've been trying to view catalog for days now and the Iso4 viewer will not load or run...

Thank you very much for the feedback on this service Eric. Yes, I too have contemplated buying parts from them before, as some of their prices are very reasonable. I'll make sure to check them out first when it comes time to get stuff for the car...

Just wanted to update on a previously archived thread regarding purchasing parts via the Vintage / Spare Parts portal on the owners.ferrari.com website....

I successfully submitted my order for various parts for the 308 QV just last week, and the package arrived today via FedEx -- that's some fast shipping all the way from the UK!

All items are genuine Ferrari, well packaged, all in a very nice zip-lock bag with the F-logos all over it (will use the bag for other F-car related items). Most of the items were not available at the dealers that I contacted here in the U.S. -- so it was especially nice to finally find such a quality source.

As promised, they followed up my order via e-mail with a total and a confirmation request -- very easy.

Needless to say, I'll certainly be doing business with them in the future -- especially for those hard-to-find parts!

Just wanted to share the experience with all you fellow 308 / 328 owners, in case you were contemplating / hesitant to order.
