nathan - i'd hold off on selling the car until the spring. 80s is definitely extreme for a great condition, low mileage car. however i have heard of some wholesaling out in the 80s recently. it's just a crappy market right now and bad timing on the seasons. i assume it's had its engine-out service? it's overdue for it if it has not. it seems very unlikely that you wouldn't get enough more in the spring to cover the carrying cost. good luck with it. fyi - you should check out and put an ad on http://www.ferrariads.com/ - the ad portion of this site. doody. |

Thanks to everyone who responded to this. You allowed me to have a wonderful "laugh out loud" experience as I read through. I had a wonderful visual of this encounter taking place face to face at our local F-chat clubhouse when this guy walks in. You can take it from there. Yes, Mr. Viper Man we are laughing at your tactful approach to this thread.
