Can anyone post the lap time for the 360 Challenge and N-GT?
TIA

Another thing to consider is the changes made to the track over the years. I assume the F40 and the 360 didn't run on the exact same configeration of track?
Given the choice though I'd certainly have an F40!

"I still dont know how the 360 laps as fast as an F40 ! "

The 360...

has more low end power and is easier to steer with the throttle.
has fully active suspension.
has a lower center of gravity (probably).
was probably run on superior tires.
was probably an F1 tranny.

The F40...

is lighter.
makes more power above 3500 RPM.
is my most desired street Ferrari.

Fiorano is a short track, so the 360 prevails. On a longer course, like Monza, I'd bet the F40 has an advantage.

Hopefully, in the next year, I'll be able to make a direct comparison myself. :-)

Jeremy,

Your just that fast in video games compared real life! Your faster than most drivers at Kartzone. If anyone wants a challenge, Jeremy's a tough driver to beat.

Tino, simply said, that's because the 360 is a ridiculously awesome car...

I brought the subject up at the factory last October and was told straight out that the 360 (F1 tx) constantly laps Fiorano faster than any street F car except for the Enzo and the F50.

I have been running down near 1:16 in the Ferrari F355 Challeng PS2 game. Something tells me it may not be as realistic as I thought. :-)

Well, another slow technical track like MSR where the 2000 FCA meet was had the F40's strugling. Except Chris Parr of course. I took lap times of about everyone...

355 C 1:26
360's 1:29+
355's 1:32+
Myself and one 308 were doing around 1:34. The average car and driver were up closer to 1:40. Including the F40's and the F50 GT was there, but I think it was his first time out.

I think the F40 struggles on the tight technical tracks. Would you rather autocross a F40 or a 360? A 360 won Solo II Nationals last year in either ASP or BSP.

No, that does seem odd doesn't it? Then again it is a pretty twisty track so the car probably never gets near it's top speed.

It's amazing to think that all these fantastic cars lap in the 1.30's and the F1 car laps in under a minute!:-)

Is there a list of lap times for production Ferrari's at Fiorano? I know an F1 car can lap at just under a minute. I believe the record for an Enzo is around 1.25? Does anyone know any others?
