JP,

Thanks for the advice. Sadly the internet site seems to be down at the moment. Will keep on trying...

Jens,

I have bought used drop down gears and used diff gears from these guys. The product delivered was excellent, they were quick and delivered as promised. They are located in the UK, you may want to give them a try.

Here are Eddie's details

Brian,

We made them as a batch quantity (20 off) but are looking at making them to sell individually - with or without customers specific engraved logo etc.

Will keep you posted!

Martin,

Thanks for the encouragement! Am a little frustrated at the moment drinking my fourth Martini.
Hope everything gets right. Called Ferrari Club Germany today. I am not a member but they try to get informations on used drivetrains (Hope they will call back!). Will be in Düsseldorf tomorrow and ask some other guys there for a good shop.
To find a used drivetrain for that model here in Germany could become difficult though. Problem is that you cant evaluate how good that piece is. Might break again after some miles while having paid several thousand of Euros for it...
Lets wait and see!

Jens, the car is not totalled. Don't sweat it. A friend of mine is driving my that place tomorrow and will get me a phone number. It is something with "Ferrari-Spezialisten". God, can you call the Ferrari Club of Germany and find out?

As I said there is also complete used drive trains for sale from crashed cars. You will be driving soon.

1. The three book collection "Ferrari 1946-2000: Opera Omnia"
2. The Ferrari F1 book from Rainer Schlegelmilch (The main photographer from www.barchetta.cc)
3. A Tubi sport exhaust for my 348tb (Wonder if I will ever hear the sound or whether I have to resell the piece again. Car seems to be nearly totaled...):-(

Robb, Did your wife make that? I have seen other pics with a backlight made like that from a product called leaded glass. My wife used to make pics with it. Pours on and looks exactly like leaded glass and unless one touches it you cannot tell the difference. If so Great Idea.......

Got a great Fila jacket. It is from Europe so it has all the Marlboro and Vodaphone logos as well as Shell etc. Too bad all the ones we can buy here cant have all the logos.
Also got THREE fire extinguishers and a set of magnetic flames!!!!! This was in response to the fact that my 308 nearly burned to a crisp.

I was expecting very little, but many of my presents had a Ferrari theme. I got a radio controlled F50, a Lego FI car, a new car cover, and a great Ferrari history book. Still waiting for the clown shoes!
