Anthony, I didn't get there this year, a small medical problem got in the way!, I will be going this year though.

I used to do many of the club trackdays but havn't done any for the last year or two, I mainly use my Caterham for trackdays now.......

Hi Mark, were you at Cottesbrooke Hall for the 2002 Concours? I was there with my wife. We had a a stall in a gazebo selling Ferrari memorabilia. Most people seemed to be amazed that we were asking for 6.5K for a Rubens Barrichello racesuit!
I really enjoyed the event although we didn't make a lot of money. Ferrari fans are not necessarily F1 fans is what we learned. We did a lot better at the Goodwood Festival of Speed.
Do you go to many of the Owners Club trackdays? I went to Oulton Park last year (or was it the year before?) and had a great time. It was the first time I had sat in an F50.
If you do get anything organised for some Ferrari chatters can you let me know as I'd love to be there if possible.

Can't you tell Christmas is over - everyone's thinking about their holiday plans!

Rodney

I'll post more details when they're released, I know it's going to be based at a Stately home somewhere near Northampton

Peter

I'd thought of it as an extra to a planned vacation/ trip. If you can give me some dates when you would be in the UK or could be I can look at what's available and provide you wit hthe appropriate details. May to September is the best period unless you want ot bring your waders!

I would love to try some of the tracks in the UK. RHD is no problem because I am in HK. What is the time frame we are looking at here?

Mark,

Where is the UK Ferrari Owners' Club Concours? I was there a couple of years ago for the Lancia AGM, must have been around the same time. When I got back to London there were several Ferrari folks staying in the hotel.

Let us know more about the UK Ferrari Owner's .. A quick trip to the UK to cool off is always nice in the summer.

If you need a hand helping out/attending Mark, I'll be happy to oblige if I'm free, in the 7 or the 355.

The gates of Buckingham Palace don#t scare me, you Brits do. Driving on the wrong side of the street... :-)

I would be interested. Wife wants to go to London anyhow.

Planning a trip th the UK, frightened by the thought of another visit to the gates of Buckingham Palace?.

As an alternative how do you fancy the chance to pay a visit to Silverstone, Goodwood, Donington, Brands Hatch or any one of the race circuits in the UK?

Options start from a measily US$15 a day to spend the day as a passenger in a range of machinery from F Cars through P Cars to Racing Caterhams, Lotus's, TVR's etc or...

obviously for a greater cost you can hire a Ferrari, Caterham, Lotus, Radical SR3 (faster than an F3 Car!), Porsche, Mitsubishi EVO 7, Subaru WRX STi etc and drive the circuit(s) yourself. (most organisers will require you take an Instructor for the first session)

If you're interested drop me a mail, this isn't a commercial, I'll be putting you in touch with the right people and maybe being around on the day to help out, just feel for you guys being away from the your cars and offering a chance to do something different on your vacation/ trip
