I am guessing that we do the Northern route. Don't know for sure, but with Italian car A/C makes more sense to me. What are you planning to drive the Merak?

OOps, got sidetracked. I am planning on driving my Maserati out from Indiana. Would like to join the group if you take the northern route.
If I can talk her into it, I will have my girlfriend drive my 308 out also. |

Hmmmm.....What's up? Sounds like wierd things are happening regarding Concorso Italiano.
I guess Frank just sold MIE and MCI. Has he still got Concorso? |

There is ALOT more goings on behind the scenes at CI this year, some good some bad. The move isn't seen by many as a good one as new place is in the midst of the desolate former Ford Ord army base. We will really have to see how well some of the rumors I have heard play out.

Yep much larger than the old site. Although I did like staying in Carmel 5 minutes from the show. I suppose we will stay somewhere in downtown Monterey instead.

I didn't see it mentioned on this forum but did you guys know that Concorso is being moved this year for the first time since it started. The new venue is the Black Horse Golf Course in the Monterey Bay area. |

With all the talk lately of this run and that run.. we are planning on loosely organizing a group drive to Concorso cross country in August.
We are trying to come up with a head count of who might be interested. This would be a loose net group, not a high dollar organized rally..
Depending on our group we will either do the mid route US40 or Northern route I70... From Denver
