I just watched the episode when some lady (cannot remember her name now) but she was a PI too, and followed Magnum around and she had a red 308 just like Magnums, I was going nuts!

I also caught a Miami Vice at a friends house, I'm loving those old shows.

Thr Travel Channel has been having some great shows on lately. Tonight at 9 there is a show about giant travel machinery including the Spruce Goose.

Guy's...you drive a highly technical vehicle...get rid of your old Pinto of a VCR and get TiVo. It will change your life. You get a season pass for a show and it will make the changes in time for you. It even knows if it is a 2hr special.

Same here...missed Monday's episode on account of the slot change. Should have looked at the TV guide first I guess. In the end, it all sort of works out rather well -- now the VCR is set to record Magnum at 8:00AM, Moonlighting at 2:00PM (wife loves that show), and Miami Vice at 3:00PM every weekday. Incidentally, I stumbled accross a link that provides a Magnum P.I. Episode Guide, complete with descriptions, dates, guest appearances, etc. -- here it is:

Magnum P.I. Episode Guide

I printed out a hard copy for reference, and also did a "copy" / "paste" into MS Word for a digital file.

Bret - speaking of Egypt, watched news Sunday, showing scene from middle east city, hugh crowd, women shopping in street bazzar, all with scarfs or other head coverings. In the middle of this large group of women was one wearing a bright red Ferrari baseball cap!!

I am not happy with the new programing. I enjoyed the 5:00 slot. I actually set my timer for 5:00 on Monday and I recorded some strange show. Then I checked the TV guide and read the change. I have been setting the VCR now though. Thanks for the info.

Son of a b_tch. Today I got back from class, a test nonetheless, and sat down to watch Magnum. Low and behold I wound up watching a thing about Egypt. Not that bad, but not Ferrari here. I made it up by watching Miami Vice later. Thanks for the heads up, tomorrow I'll get it in the afternoon.

A&E Network has changed the time slots for Magnum PI. New times are 8am and 2pm ET daily. Set your VCR.
