Dave, with regards to the F1 game, what do you mean it cost about 2k...? You didn't pay that just to play, did you...? i'm a little confused... Seems like you had a nice time, i hope they bring that Enzo to the Javits Ctr. here in NY- i can't wait to see it... |

Just went this morning at a time when the crowds were pretty thin. The Ferrari stand was in the same place it has always been in Concourse hall. The all female information/sales staff were even more gorgeous than the yellow Enzo but not by much. It was nice to watch them (with the competence an choreography of a veteran F1 team) open and close the doors and engine lid every 30 minutes so people could get a better look. There was a video loop of Schumacher cliching the title in France last year and Michael at Fiorano shaking down an Enzo during its development. Of the other displays nothing really grabbed my attention. Not the Porsche SUV, Pontiac GTO or the Maybach. I spent most of my time in Kentia hall looking for Ferrari memorabilia models and videos. I also played a very cool F1 simulator that cost about $2K (6 laps at Spa Francorchamp). I might go back later in the week just incase I come up with any new questions for the crew of F-car hotties. Maybe I'll try to get on the list for a 420, so at least they'll have my number ;-). |
