If you do the "Check new messages since last login" as my tip yesterday explained you'll pull up all new messages, even it they're in archives. All appears ok now. Sorry, first outage we've had on the new server. I don't think it will be a common occurance. 2 hours a month is still better than the 99% SLA. Good news is they had it fixed within 5 minutes of when I called and it's 2am in Ohio. Makes me feel more secure, because I thought technical support would be one thing lacking on this new $600 a month less expensive server. However, the server time looks like it's still off. I'll go fix that now.
