I'm running the same set-up as Lou on my 512TR, I'm satisified with everything about the tires except the wear. But that's to be expected with such a soft compound. |

Have run P Zeros on my 512TR and 360 Spider and average 4000 miles to wear out including track time. Fantastic tire but the softest compound around. If you want better mileage look else where. I run Asimmetrico rear and Direzionale front as my dealer and Tire Rack recommended. |

I have used Pzeros Asimmetrico for the last 2 years. 1. They are alot quieter than the Bridgestone SO2 pole positions for sure. 2. They do not last as long as the SO2s. Usually one set lasts me about 1.25 years. I do track the car once a year but only about 10 laps. |

I've actually been VERY impressed by the Pzero Asymetrico's grip in the wet (like, right now <looks> They're actually quite a bit better than the more pedestiran <whatever> ContiSports I have right now due to a recent flat. (those are coming OFF!) Really do like the Pzeros. Sticky, progressive warning up to the limit, etc. It's like a slick that also sticks in rain. Note: I'm speaking of the non-rosso tyres above. Haven't had any expierence with the Rossos. |

I've had both on my 348 and 355s. I can't tell the difference. I don't track the cars, but I do drive them hard. Art |

The asimmetrico tread pattern is best for dry weather handling and track use. The directional or Direzionale pattern gives better water dispersion. If you do not get caught in the wet I would go with asimmetric. If you take road trips the directional will give you a better safety margin in the wet. To me the directional gives slightly better ride quality but I stress slightly. |

Ordered new Pirelli 18" P-Zero Rosso Asimmetrico tires for the rear of my 348 spider. After pulling the wheels to have then mounted noted the fronts are in poor condition as well. Preparing to order the tires I noted that Pirelli has 2 different tires for this application. The Rosso Asimmetrico and the Direzionale. After reading the Pirelli data for both I am undecided. Looking for recommendations from those with experience with both types. |
