I have seen it on a red 348 spyder. It will fit however I dont know if you need spacers.
Sorry I do not have pix of it.

Chris,
I am sure you can make them fit. Heck, Paul has them on his 308, so why swould they not fit.
Just as I told Jeff on a similar question, I would be carefull when changing wheel dimensions. The 348s are pretty rough drivers in the first place and increasing diameter of the rim will decrease the tire thus make the ride even rougher.
On a 18inch I think you are borderline.
With spacers I am sure they will fit.
Find someone in your area and swap them on a weekend. I did this here with a friend who wnated to see the 348 rims on his MOndial 3.2 and they
A. look great and
B. fit perfect.
