You're 5-8 and your head was touching the roof of the car? I'm 6-1 and my head doesn't touch the roof of my car. I can't imagine there's that much difference in the GTB and GTS. Maybe you should've adjusted the seat? |

I agree...Totally lose the chrome wheels and that rediculous shifter handle. The next time the picture is posted it will have tinted windows and playboy bunny stickers on it. Btw, where's the fluffy dice hanging from the rear view mirror. I bet his other car is an IROC-Z ....It's all in fun...lol |

$35K seems like a bargain for this particular car. It looks to be in great shape, minimal seat wear, engine bay is clean, etc.. Somebody is going to get a bargain. |

I have to agree with Dave and I'm from the US. It's hard to really see the car without sun glasses. Sort of like a pretty girl with hairy legs. Aesthetically it distracts from the nice shape. Oop's-now I guess that's a European thing, but that's far better now than it used to be. (He, He, - did I just create an off-topic thread?) |

"I like chrome wheels. Reminds me of 60's hot rods and Cragar Mags" I thought this was likely the reason, guess its all in what we had around us when we were growing. UK didn't have the hotrod thing so prob why we dont go for the chrome wheels bit. |

Its down to $35K Jim! Looks like decent value if you consider everything. Still have a 1987 GTS red/tan with 22K Miles that I can not move for the seller at $ 45K.

the one I almost bought was a GTS at Steve Harris in Salt Lake City. That is a GTB that has been on ebay and in traderonline for a few months. Price was $45K or so and is now down to $39K. I like chrome wheels. Reminds me of 60's hot rods and Cragar Mags. |

I think that's the car that JimS nearly bought. There can't be 2 with that wood shift knob! |

Form follows function. Chrome embrittles metal making it weaker. |
