300/6 is a middle shade of rosso corso(red). You can have any good body shop mix you up some from Glasurit stock. You can get a replacement paint label at www.italiancarparts.com |

In my manual I found the paint code listed as 300/6 anyone care to take a guess?

It should be under the deck lid itself, on the right side near the back. You'll need to look 'up' to see it. If it isn't there, then someone took it off. |

Jim, Just checked mine - I have the oil use sticker on one side and the idle and valve infor sticker on the other but nothing else - even under the deck lid itself - know of anywhere else??

I think there's a sticker on the bottom side of the engine cover. There's one on mine, but I don't recall if it has a 'code', but it has the color. |

Where can I find the paint code on a 1986 328 GTS? Can it be deciphered from the VIN#??
