You need to put a hit counter on the site. It will be more effective. I love what you did

Chris, I live in Manorville and was on my way to get my car(not a ferrari) serviced in Southampton. It was at about 9 am. Hey, doesn't the guy at Aventura motors in southampton service Ferraris? I've seen a few there as I drive by. Also if you do find a local place that is decent, let me know since I should be an owner very shortly... I hope.

Ed,

I saw your post in the NY area section. It prob. was me. I took the car there between 8:30 and 9:30. Then around 12:30 I picked the car up to go to my dentist.

Where on the island do you live? I live in southampton.

Hey Chris, I "spotted" you on sunrise hwy. last Tuesday morning when I was heading to Southampton. Probably when you were on your way to get your car dented. If it wasn't you then someone else has the same car as you. Sorry to hear about what you're going through...

Chris,

Did you pay them with a credit card? If so, you can dispute the charges.

I'm just pissed at how they handled it.... There were many ways they could have tried to resolve it. They have their own body shop.... Could have fixed it for like nothing, or give me a good break on fixing it.

At this point I don't want them to fix it. I would like the $ back. Though revenge makes me happy!!!!!!!

On the site, you said "Also check out their Better Business Bureau Report. They have had 2 Complaints in the Last 12 Months Click the link below:"

If having those 2 complaints in the last 12 months was a bad thing - why did you take your car there in the first place?

What are you really trying to do here? Get the car fixed or prove something at any cost?

Just keep it factual and you should be ok.

Remember the old saying...

When seeing revenge...first dig two graves.

Take the high road on the dispute and file a BBB complaint and then sue in small claims. The use of your website will do nothing to help your case other than to give you an outlet for your frustration.

Chris,
you should probably change the site to WESTHAMPTONCOACHWORKSSUCKS.COM. They probably have a trademark on the business name, and you would be infringing that by the current domain name. By using a "sucks" site, you can probably avoid any claim they might have to shut down the site.

Does the shop know it exists?
maybe add a hit counter to the site to see how many visits you get if you havent already.

Chris, this rocks... Now all you need to do is print out a few flyers "advertising" for www.westhamptoncoachworks.com and strategically place them so that these guys get the royal pickle in the pooper... Nice work and everything is alleged, so you look like you steered pretty clear of any legal hassle... Nice job...
