I saw James' car at WWoC starting up. i was guessing he was taking it out for a drive. It sounds good, and you can smell that it runs a little rich. I think thats how he mean s you can smell the torque. You can hear it too. I think that car has a 429, big blocks just sound powerful, you can feel it resonating in your chest. I think the car i saw in the body shop might have been his 330, either that of a daytona. I also saw it at the greenwich concours. I gotta say i wasn't dissapointed by the sound there either. I think it was nicer than nick soprano's green GT40. I for one wouldnt drive that on the street any time but early morning on the weekends when the road isnt packed with idiots who cant drive.

James, you're cool... Like high school/Fonzi/bomber jacket/Camaro kinda cool... That's just an awesome story... Here's my favorite part: "No cup holders but it does have 500+FT/LBS of torque. When you start it up you can smell the torque."
LMAO, that's awesome...! What does torque smell like...?

I like to drive my cars very early in the morning into the sunrise. Watching the water condense and stream back over the body in the early morning mist makes me think of Ken Miles sticking cotton to the Cobra Coupe and watching it stream back to study the airflow.
After a long drive I stop for breakfast at a little dinner upstate. Once when I came out a guy and his girlfriend had parked nearby in a 911.
He was wearing a P jacket as well.
"That's one of those kit cars isn't it? It's got a VW engine doesn't it?"
"Not exactly." I replied.
I got in and started up.
His girlfriend said. "That doesn't sound like a VW."
"Smart girl." I answered.

Michael one day a sad thing will happen. You will get so old that you no longer enjoy 45 minute discussions with the Police who stop you every time you go for a drive having given them probable cause to stop you...

Jeff, who's the lucky bastard who gets to drive it out of the showroom, onto the truck or whatever...? Then, off of the truck, into the other showroom or warehouse or whatever...?

Good morning all.

It went back simply because it was the UK demo for motorshow, our showroom etc. Not ours to keep. Not mine own unfortunately.

Will it be there tomorrow? I've got a meeting in the Runnymede Hotel and may get distracted in your direction shortly afterwards

Hi all.

I thought you could all do with seeing some more pictures of the Enzo. From when she was in our reception area.

Enjoy.
