Our local dealer says maser is now givingthem cash incentives to clear 2002's. Seems like they are not hot items.
Like Fred says, 1.45/mile in costs before taxes, insurance, service and gas seems like a lot for a car that costs 88K at the start.

Fred

The lease is really not much different than leasing a 2003 MB S500 in terms of numbers - you prob can do a little better with the MB. Any high end car suffers from severe depreciation - you got to pay to play

Wow.

$10k up front and 48 payments of $1k each!! That's paying $58k!

10k miles x 4 years = 40k miles. Equals $1.45/mile

The other thing that strikes me is that $7.8k down isn't even enough to cover the depreciation from driving it off the lot! You're upsidedown from the start.

Not my cup of tea.

In 48 mos this car will not be worth the $39K residual. What are they dreaming off?
