Tom,

It's not you. It looks slanted. Nice Shield stickers.

unusual to see silver with tan - does not look too bad - is it me or is the testarossa badge on the back crooked?

I've been looking for a TR and this one looks great. However, I ran it by my sources, and they are steering me away from it. This dealer, Daniel Schmidt?, has a reputation for forging histories, and not being truthful on vehicle histories. I'm going to leave it, sadly.

I almost bought that car about a month ago - the carfax revealed an accident (the dealer says it was minor, but I had no way to tell) and the rear light grill is sagging. They didn't have a repair history so I passed, but I do love that color for a TR!

A buddy of mine just returned from Florida, and I believe that just a few weeks ago that car was there also, although the ebay add now lists it in St. Louis. He brought back some auto trader mags, and that very car was in one of them. It's a beautiful car, and if service is up to date, the price is very good. Isn't there a website to find out what paint options were available? Seems like I remember a site where lots of production figures and options were listed. Sure is a stunning car!

I almost bought this car 3 years ago. Did they ever do a major on it yet?

It was a lease in FL, I had a PPI done by a non-Ferrari guy, and I passed. It's the same color as mine, and then it had 15k on the clock. Obviously parts of the car have been painted.
