It was Frank and I think he is bound by some agreement not to discuss this any further.
I am not. As for the thing he had:

He bought a car that was supposed to have a service. When he got the car there was immediate work necessary, like things they claimed they had done but never did. They did not retrun the phone calls and had excuses when he finally got a hold of somebody. At that time there was a guy form FoNE on this chat that saw what was going on and the dissatuisfaction of one of their clients. FoNE sent a letter to Frank threatening legal action for defarmation instead of fixing his problem. After months he finally got some money from them but if I remember correctly not all.

As I said, he may not be able to give more details here but this is from the months that he kept us informed.

Stay away is all I can say! Once bitten twice shy!

I'll warn you too, the service manager looks like he's straight out of Italy, I expected a thick NY or NJ accent, instead he talks like he's from Baston (however you guys pronounce it), I almost fell over.

Funny you ask, I went there for the first time yesterday. They had six cars on the floor: black 355 spider, silver 360, red Maserati, red 328, red 512BBi, and another 360. The salesman were the typical, hide in the office and don't come out and talk to you, cause they're too cool. But some kid was there (dressed like he just came out of the ghetto) and he went to sit in the Maserati, which quickly prompted a salesman to come out and get him out of it (a customers car among other things). While he was out shoeing this kid he did ask me if there was anything I was interested in or if I wanted to talk about anything (granted I was dressed pretty well and wearing a white FCA shirt).
The mechanics were pretty cool for the most part, service manager was a helpful guy. But I for one think a dealership like Algar or WWoC that sees a lot more cars is better suited technically. They had a slew of cars in the shop so they must know a thing or two about them.
I was surprised how small it was to be honest, the showroom was tiny, the shop not tiny but smaller than most. It seems to be a lot more of branch of Ferrari Long Island, than it's own dealership. It was easy to get to, Washington St, West Newton.
What it boils down to is that I wouldn't check out cars with them, but I wouldn't buy a car from them unless they struck up a good deal. I may be biased cause I'm used to something else, but that's my opinion. Check them out sometime, see if you like them. I have to mention that I'm not that big on Boston or most of New England (dirty Jersey tried and true) so I might be a bit different than someone's view that is from up here.

I dealt with them during my 355 search. They weren't able to make a deal happen, but the folks there were informative, earnest, and willing to help. Good people as far as my experiences go. I hope to do business with them in the future on a new car.

Email me for more specifics, Andrew.

Doody.

I think it was Frank who had a problem but after much back in forth they did satify him in the end from what I remember - I think it related to his 348

Theres a huge thread from a while ago- with people who trashed the dealer... Seems like alot of people had bad experiences... Check the archives- dig it up.

Cheers,
Kenny

Give em' a call on the phone...
That will be a pretty good representation of how they are in person.

I'd like to know some info before I come down there.

thanks
