There was a local news investigative report the other day up here about vehicle TSBs and dealerships not informing consumers about manufacturing defects. Eventhough the site below does not contain Ferrari TSBs, I though some of you may be interested in this for your non-Ferraris. Basically the manufacturer sends out a TSB to the dealership warning them of a common problem with a vehicle. The TSB detail may say that the manufacturer will pay for the repair of this defect, but dealer may or may not inform the consumer that it is a known problem. I'd describe it more, but check out the site and you'll understand what I mean. $25/year/car to get full TSB detail. http://www.alldata.com/recalls/index.html Maybe if enough of us hit them up, we can get data for Ferrari. |
