Terry- don't listen to these guys! I think the car looks great. Has a much more modern feel now, with that timeless shape, I bet you will have people asking you what new model Ferrari this could be?! Is it a concept car?! PS: yes, definately drop the front at least 1" (maybe the rear about .5") Also, can you do anything to widen the rear track? It could be a trick of the light PS: sweet vette too. Best! Ben. | ||

I'm working on it. I haven't really liked the way it sits up in the front since I bought it. Plans, are to have a custom set of coil overs made that will lower it approximately 1". To sit a little more like the car that Mr. Assbrooks posted. | ||

The tires are basically the same dia. as the stock ones. The car sits a little higher in the front end than I like. I need to have it realigned and a few other adjustments. I'm still playing with the whole idea, I haven't decided totally yet what I'm going to do but I do like the way they look, not that I dislike the original ones, just looking for something a little different. Heard some of the same comments back when I built my 65 Corvette.  | ||

I have to say they look good BUT, the gap between the wheels and the body looks unnatural. Does it look like that in person or is it a trick of the camera? | ||

I just read my last post and I realized that I'm actually a much more pleasant person here on F-chat than in real life. Normally I would have just told you straight out that they were butt-ugly. F-chat somehow brings out the softer side in me. Hmmmm. | ||

Terry, please don't! Those wheels on your 246? If you want to try something different, get a set of the 7 1/2 inch Campagnolos like these:  PS: Very glad to hear you plan on keeping the Cromodoras, though. | ||

Does anyone know anything about AZEV wheels? I'm thinking about bidding on a set listed on e-bay, for my 246. No plans of getting rid of the factory wheels, just want to try something different. The wheels I'm looking at are 17". |
