I'm sure one will make it to Vancouver but I haven't heard of it officially.

Just bringing this post back to the top since it didn't go to the top of the thread list when I first posted my new message...

Remo told me that there will probably be 6 or 7 Enzos coming to Canada, being split between Toronto and Montreal. He also said that they are street legal!

Thanks Frank... Good to hear...While i'm sure i won't be seeing them on every street corner i'm glad the odds of seeing one AT ALL are not zero.
(The dollar-conversion rate - although not as good as it WAS - probably made them tempting items...)

My understanding is that the 3 Enzos allocated to FoO are sold and are staying local to true Ferrari owners. They are working to get Transport Canadas approval for registration to make them street legal. Ferrari is staying true to its word.

OK... i'll be #2,364 to ask....
ARE there any sold (and stayed) in Canada? Each dealer/country probably got a percentage of "request of ownership forms" approved just to be fair to the world.. but were all the Canadian ones snapped up by our cousins to the south?... I read in Wheels (The auto section of the Toronto Star) that the one in the show 'lives' in New Jersey. Or did any Enzos even reach these shores... i.e. no Canadian was "approved".

Tom, I was inside the Ferrari booth on Friday night. What a madhouse! The guys at Lambo (beside us) said the Enzo looked ugly...so I told them they should've stuck to building tractors! LOL
Everyone asked the same questions..."how much?, How many made? Any in Canada?"

Nice to finally meet you too Nika! (Missed my wife by 2 minutes) I was working the booth for the club and ended up taking pictures for literally hundreds of people who wanted a closer shot of the Enzo.

BTW Nika, you speak excellent Italian!

Amazing shots Nika... I saw that Enzo on the 11th - one of the press days, the opening of our artshow. (dang... no camera.. sorry.) Wasnt as lucky as to get behind the gates but it WAS good to see it without the 12-deep crowd of people mobbing around it. What a beast... The rumors ARE true... pictures just dont do this thing justice... A definite departure from a design standpoint.. i cant think of anything that Ferrari has built - for road or track - that looks this..... fearsome... Incredible car.
Also.. Ive met the artist of that F1 painting behind the sculpture.. we worked together demoing auto-art last year at the show... he was just starting the painting of the 2 racing Fords that you probably saw there. Great guy... he paints those giant murals of cars for GM advertsing that you see around the city... fabulous work...

I'm guessing from the all black interior, white middle part of the inside tailight and the airbag sticket that the Enzo at the Toronto autoshow is the first Canadian spec Enzo that will be delivered to its owner after the show is over.

I wonder if the Enzo will make an appearance here in Vancouver!

Nika, the car in my pic is a one-off 330 GTC (s/n 10581 GT) commissioned by Leopoldo Pirelli. Pirelli ordered the car with the 5-spoke Cromodora wheels and a 4.4 liter type 254 (365) engine as opposed to the standard 4 liter type 209 engine. In a way, it is kind of the first 365 GTC.

Anyway, I was just wondering if 10581 GT was on display there after seeing the front-end pic that you posted. Guess not.

Im sorry - but those wheels are beautiful - but on a harsh Ferrari beast - I found the 330 a beautiful masterpiece.....spoked wheels just seem to suit it

I don't think so - I think I would of noticed since those wheels remind me of the Daytona (drool)

it was a beautifully restored car.....but I was drawn to the 575 in yellow

I thought maybe you'd like to see some of the "other" pix from the show. Unlike Detroit - more art - more vintage and really a better show.....less flash- more carsUpload

Not only did I have the honor of meeting Jay Grande - a super Ferrari person....but had a chance to film with Dream Car Garage

The F1 model was made from wood - amazing!
