Thanks to all who responded to my request for information. It seems like Continental is a reputable dealer if a bit painful on the wallet. As this is my first foray into the world of Ferrari ownership it may be worth a few extra bucks to work with a customer oriented dealership. If anyone has last words of advice before I take the plunge, I'm listening. |

I just had my 30k done there. Quite pricey on the service side also, but accomodating. I still had a small leak after the service and complained 2 months later that I wanted it fixed. They only charged me for the part and not labor. |

That's where I purchased my 348 spider. They are not easy on the wallet , but very helpful and customer focused. The service department is very good also. Dave Alexander does their E-commerce. |

I concur that they are very helpful and friendly. They have went out of their way to help my Dad on his 308. In fact he ordered a part from them last October and just opened the box last month and realized that a piece was missing. The next day it was on his doorstep, no questions asked. |

I was wondering if anyone has had any experiences with Continental Auto Sports in the Chicago, IL area? I'm interested in a car they have but don't know anything about this shop except that they're an authorized Ferrari dealer. Any experiences good or bad would be helpful. Thanks in advance. |
