I don't know. The seats on eBay look tan, the seats you are posting are sand. Is that just the camera? Car looks great. If it has a Title I do not see where there should be a problem. Worst case I am sure you can get a cop yof the DOT papers from DOT. Just make sure the title and wner match up. If he claims he has a service history for that long with WWC call them up to confirm. There is a way to check iof the title is the correct title with the state it is registered in. This is a good scam and everybody should be aware when buying from a private owner: You buy a car like this, claim the title was lost. They issue a new title (replacement) and send it to you. You go to your bank and lien the title. Then you sell the car and give the buyer the old (lost) title. He has no lien holder marked in it and you are still screwed when the bank wants to car.

Vilamoura -- I wouldn't dispute that this might be a Japanese 328 that went from Japan to Austria to the US, but this does not make it a "European" version IMO. |

Rob, After making a search ....I think this car was for sale in Austria last year and she had more than 100.000 Km. If what I say is correct(?), then the description on ebay is a BIG lie. I enclose 2 photos of the car taken in Austria last year. Take your own conclusions :-)

Rob -- There's definitely something wacky with the VIN -- the "X" in the fourth digit and the "P" in the tenth digit don't seem to match the description. See: http://www.ferrariclub.com/faq/vin.html |

Just looking into this vehicle. Drove it this weekend and seems to be in good condition. Exterior and interior is very good. Only problem is he does not have DOT paperwork. Last major at 27K. Wants mechanic to come to his house to look at car before sale. Any thoughts? Seems to be a great price. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/ebayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=1818015768&r=0&t=0 |
