I think you need the original alarm PIN card that came with the car to order the keys. Not positive but I think I read that somewhere.On the other hand though, they should be able to order from the vin. |

AL,
The dealer should be able to order from the factory additional remotes or a new set and it should not matter if you have the red remote or not.
Also, $400.00 does not sound too bad (I don`t think you will get a better deal).

I only have the black key fob and key for my 355 spider. I don't have the red master fob. I called F of orange county to see if I could order just the extra fob. After taking to service and parts, they thought I could special order it from them and it would work. I called F of Salt Lake City and they were sure that without the red master fob, I could not order and program another fob. Does anybody know the answer to this and can I buy the fob for less than $400 (quote from F of Orange County) or $1100 for all new master fob (quote from F of Salt Lake City)? Maybe I just can't lose the one key and Fob. Help!!! |
