"John, how about a nice Carbon fiber top ?"

I am game for that!

Or better yet, how about a carbon fiber body on all new F-cars?!?

Willie: call my friend, Frank Donatoni, who runs Brandywine Porsche. (He was the sales manager of Algar Ferrari for many years). Brandywine has a Mercedes dealership or two, and he may be able to help. 610 886 1000.

SHEEESSSHHHH...it took Ferrari over 40 yrs to make a soft top that would go up and down without 3 men, a boy and prybars...how long do you think it would take them to perfect a retractable hardtop???

In fact you should write the Factory and ask them to please don't punish future owners with their experiments in retractable hardtops ;-).

I think the major reason Ferrari has not(and probably will not)made a retractable hardtop is because of the excess weight associated with it.

I'd really like to get an MB 500SL in firemist red but the dealers say i may have to wait a year or 2. When is F going to build a retractable hardtop 575 ? That would be awesome :-)
