...but I have seen a scared Puerto Rican holding on for dear life when I went 190Mph in the Testarossa on the German Autobahn. :-)

Tell me...LOL

so they built these roads to entrap the macho-puerto-rican drivers. That is not nice!

Never seen a Puerto Rican going speed limit.

Martin, there are a few new highways you can pretty much cruise at 140-150mph. But, most of the roads (80%) are just plain horrible to drive.

where in PR can you go 110Mph??? How do you manage to avoid the pot holes in the road? I thought the police put them there intentionally to avoid paying expensive radar guns.

:-)

You need a radar scrabler, not just a detector.

DES, I still have my NY license. That means I usually don't pay the local tickets because there is no way to track. But this one I may pay.

Ernesto - I did not know if maybe the owner was also on the board and did not want to start any flames - just wanted to state my opinion - glad you feel the same way - to each his own

Damn- how do you get a real ticket in an imaginary car...? :-)

LOL, nice pictures, Ernesto, thanks for sharing... Are you gonna fight the ticket or pay it...? Your insurance company will love you if you pay it...

It seems like it was a fun gathering, and gosh, those pics sure makes me miss the island. I am glad you guys are enjoying yourselves out there. Sorry, about the tickets. What ever happened to those $15.00 ticket days? Oh well, at least you had your fun. How did you like the track in Ponce? It is in a beautiful location right there by the sea.

Jim and Ernesto, LOL!!

Alan is gonna love that.

That is a wonderful background for the track. Only problem is I'd kill myself looking at the scenery.

Ernesto-
Looked like a nice gathering. Your 360 is beautiful. At least you got a ticket driving it the way the Commendatore intended!!

Ernesto
Why don't you send a copy of the ticket to Alan?
As it probably has your name as owner and driver on it, and he seems to be a gentleman,I'm sure he'll send you a check for 5m.
It's great to see you all enjoying yourselves.
Best
Jim

Here are some photos of a little drive we had yesterday, when we visited a new track that opened up in the southern part of the island. Five 360s (including my imaginary one), a Testarossa, and an F355.

As I side note, I (and another person) got stopped by the police and clocked at 110mph (we were going much faster, we managed to slow down when we saw the cars ahead of us braking). He was going to arrest us because he thought we were racing. We managed to convince him that we were no racing, but rather driving fast together. He gave us $500 tickets each, at 100mph (in a 65 zone). Oh well... I guess its time to buy a radar detector.
