The prices for Ferrari's in Europe are much lower than the ones here in the US. Just checkout prices at some of the following websites: www.autosupermarket.it (prices in lira....dollar is equal to 2200 lira) www.carclassic.com (most prices in euro....dollar is equal to 1.20 euros) |

Something is very fishy since in spite of strong dollar this is an exceedingly low price esp for a "low Mileage" car.Care must be taken to not get stuck with a stolen car or one with a major accident. That having been said you must figure the additional costs of 2k for shipping,3-5k customs, 10-13 k for federalization to meet dot and epa requirements. I brought in a 360 from Europe and would never do it again.I believe the prices of 355's here in US will start dropping soon as more and more 360's are delivered. So my advice is to look for a US car and avoid a lot of agita9and a 3-4 mo waiting as paper work for approval is slow. Good luck Leo, I had a 97 355 great car. |

I was recently in italy and saw a F355 gts, red with black interior. about 8k miles on it. the price was about $59k dollars because of the strong dollar exchange rate. I was thinking on shipping it over and registering it in Florida becasue its inspection exemped. is it worth it? I would love to hear some opinions. |
