Boy, Funny how one person, who doesn't even post his name, comes on here & states his own personal opinions about my business. I am sorry that Mr Lee had a problem with this sale, but the money has been refunded, $95.00 to be exact, I am 100% at fault on this, I should have refunded his monies in a more timely manner, that is my own miss givings & is something that will be worked on. I think it's quite clear Eric that everyone else that has purchased form me off of this website has been 100% satisfied. I am not perfect, by no means, I was trying to sell some parts that I felt people would be interested in, I would never come on this site & give the members poor service. Same as I would never "hi-jack" someone elses posts. I have NEVER had 1 complaint from a ferrarichat member & if i did, I would expect Rob to have a word, even pull my sponsorship, but until that time, I shall remain. Marq - Chris - Steven, thanks for your kind words, & thanks for the continued support of my business. Respectfully, Kurt.

Yup, said the same thing to me. Sent it back alright. Promised a refund, never came even after repeated phone calls to him. Said he owed it to me, but still never came. Got fed up because I consider my time at least semi-valuable, got the cc company involved. In the end got what was owed to me, no more no less, but the cc company gave me the credit not Kurt. My two cents, products are fine, but customer service is something less than desirable in this case. Credit should have come from Kurt not my cc, it's the principle. I'm glad that everyone else has been fine. Again, just stating my experience. |

I, too, have had only excellent dealings with Kurt throughout numerous purchases. His items are always as described and promptly shipped. On one item about which I was not sure, Kurt offered for me to send it back if I didn't like it! Doesn't get any better than that. Thanks Kurt!

Kurt has been excellent to work with, from my personal experience. I have spent significant (and resonable) dollars with Kurt and always received the item as described, in a timely manner. just my 2 cents. Chris |

I'm glad somebody has had a good experience with Kurt. I have not. I understand he's a sponsor so 'nuff said. This is neither the time nor the place, but I just wanted people to be aware that it's not all peachy in his business dealings. |

I'm into one of those bags, as long as it fits the standard jack kit for an 80 308. Includes jack, jack-spanner, lug wrench, ratchet handle. |
