Brad

i had the video set then bought the DVD! 2 years ago, a few obvious errors like identifying a 308 as a 328 or the other way round..can't remember and the commentary is a little rushed at times but all in all excellent

Jere,
The DVD contains the whole 240 min. of the VHS set.
In addition:
I will have to say that the DVD is great because you can easily jump from chapter to chapter and the menu index is set up very well.

I don't know if it is possible to wear out a DVD but I'm going to try. An absolutely excellent DVD!!

I have the 4 tape VHS version of this. You can get it from Duke/White Star Video (the company that produced it). The quality is very good and on the tape version, it is broken down into different categories of cars, GT cars, Sports Racers, Grand Prix cars and Supercars. Video quality is very good and documentation seems quite good also. I have owned it for about 18 months and have watched it several times. The overall length of the four tapes is about 4 hours. Is the DVD about this long? I recommend it to anyone who is interested in learning as much as possible with the least amount of effort ---DES?????.

I just got a copy of this in the mail today. I have watched it 2 times already. I can't say enough good things about it. It is very complete and the quality is great. There are some things that aren't explained completely as it seems a little rushed in order to discuss as may models as are described on the disc and therefore sometimes dosen't match up with the history as I understood it. Has anyone here seen this disc, if so I would be interested to know what you think. Especially regarding the accuracy of the history that is outlined.
