Paul what do you have against pink green? :-))) Dr. Martin; the color red for the 360 is just my bias opinion. I sat in one the other day and although the car is great with much more legroom (finally), the color was not talking to me at all. But then yellow does not do the car either (again my opinion). Yellow on all other Ferrari's is just great. I always wanted a yellow Testarossa. Then paint a mail slot on it and paste the german post-horn-symbol. (Mail boxes in Germany are Ferrari Yellow). That would have been the fastest Mail Box known.... :-) |

Buy a car KH, not a color. If you find a great one that isn't red, and the color doesn't make your stomach churn, go for it. I turned down a primo Mondial QV Cabrio because it was gunmetal blue. I just couldn't make it pretty. But I have no regrets on my white 328. |

you hear all of this red/tan stuff - but i searched for 9 months to find a red /black- everybody has there preferences- by the way i think silver /blacks are also very very nice - dont think you are going wrong with that - now if u said green/pink we would have to talk |

thanks for the thoughts gang! I appreciate it. There really are allot of 360's all of a sudden out there and I am sure the prices will slide downward. Good point on the sunroof Martin...I will drive it over a rough road before purchasing. Thanks again for the thoughts. KH |

I say buy what YOU like...heck with the resale down the road! Of course red/tan is the most sought after, but there is a buyer for a well kept Ferrari no matter what the color! I have sold a few cars in my time and I always, without except, wait for the right person to be the next owner of my "baby". |

My dealer told me that yellow, titanium, and red (in that order)360 spiders are the colors that are showing up the most often for resale across the country. |

Thanks a lot Martin, my car is white! I guess I'll just have to keep it forever! :-) |

KH, You might as well get a 360 spider if you like open-air driving. A sunroof just doesn't seem right on a Ferrari. Worrying about resale take the joy out of owning and driving a Ferrari. Just buy whatever color combo that turns you on. |

Gee I thought my red 360 was gorgeous until I read Martin"s note!!! KH- Don't fret too much--Titanium is beautiful and will not effect resale. There is always a buyer for just about any color except white.I agree prices of 360's are/will come down from the crazy markups above msrp but just look at the prices of the 355's over the past few yrs since the 360's came out-up,up.The same will happen when the next F comes out with the 360 prices. So forget about resale and buy the color that turns you on.P.s. drive the car with the sunroof over rough road to make sure the damn thing doesn't rattle.Good luck the 360 is a joy!! |

People, especially new Ferrari buyers, want red Ferraris. You can never go wrong with a red ferrari unless it is a red 400i, but htat is a whole other problem. Who knows what color will be in style when you want to sell, but you can be sure that red will be always right for a Ferrari. The wrong color could make you r car look dated or old if new paint technology comes out with new colors. Buy what you like, but buy red for resale. |

I agree, the 360 will lose its mark up value shortly. I can see a whole lot of cars coming down on price lately. Just arrived from Europe yesterday and their prices have droped, not that they had these mark ups anyway. Color on the 360 will not be an issue as on the 348 and earlier models. I think that 355 and up will be okay in almost all colors. The red 360 would not be my preferred color to begin with. I think the car looks strange in that color. The titan will be a awesome color for the 360. But in general, if price is your guide wait another few months. |

If you're worried about resale, don't buy a 360. It will definitely sell for a lot less than what you pay today. As is the case with all new cars, it's in its huge value tailspin mode right now. What will happen to its value when Ferrari announces the next generation? If you want long-term resale value, buy a spider, not a berlinetta. Even if the color you choose is less popular than red, other factors (miles, maintenance, records) will carry much more weight. You're buying the car because you want it and because you CAN! Go for it! |

Anybody have an opinion on what color is best to purchase for resale down the road? I am considering purchasing a Titanium exterior / black interior with silver stitching 360 Modena (also have a rare factory sunroof!) but am having heartburn about moving away from the Rosa Corsa / Tan combo (otherwise referred to by some as resale red). Would be interested in what anyone else thinks. KH |
