Brad,
Call Norwoods. I saw a Mondial there some time ago. They can make educated, experienced suggestions for you that are time proven performance enhancers. They are friendly people who know what they're talking about.

I first heard of them when I was in Germany, and now they are in the USA. They even advertise in Forza now.
It replaces the Kjet AND ignition computers and integrates mapping of both. About 3.5 - 4.5 K. Developed for all Kjet cars, but started out I think on Porsches to meet new Euro stds and pick up acouple of hp in the deal. Here you go:
http://www.lenzmotorentechnikusa.com/LenzPowerKatFerrari.htm
I think they explain it pretty well in some of the Adobe downloads. You know how the Germans are.. :-)
They've been around now for a while - at least 6 - 7 years+.
Hope this helps

Correction/Addition
Momo wheel is called a 'Monte Carlo' - whatever, it looks exactly like the 328 wheel.
And, the Stebro Euro resonator is a fiberglass muffled 'test pipe'.

First, let me confess I am a huge Mondialophile and the 3.2 in particular is the best looking, most reliable, maintainable, usable and fun 2+2 Ferrari ever, and have had one as a daily driver for 5 years in Germany and Virginia. I have some more radical opinions, but don't want to offend anyone on the list. Yes, I am one of the legendary 'end-users'.
Now, back to our subject:
I put a Tubi (also OEM sort of) on mine, keeping the cat, and it made a huge differnce in sound and a definite improvement in reviness. I plan next to put a Stebro european resonator - I'm told by many that it 'wakes up the car'.
ABSOLUTELY REPLACE THE GOODYEAR GATORBACKS with a tire that best matches your car's use. Everybody's got an opinion, but for grand touring around Europe without track time I like Pirelli P-6000s. Would also suggest you go to 17" wheels, but not as neccesary - I chose a set of OEM Speedlines.
There are other things you can do to the engine ranging from the Electromotive ignition, lenz K-jet mods to EFI. I am personally going to a single distributor MSD set-up to improve reliability and cut replacement cap/rotor/wire costs by about 90%.
I also have installed drilled Brembo (OEM again) rotors, and have a set of Weber 40dcnf cast manifolds for the 3.2, but that another story that some would also find offensive. :-)
Something I like is replacing the stock steering wheel with the bolt in 328 style Momo Monza - smaller diameter, thicker rim and OEM equipment at $100.
As for the primary reliability concern - keep the electrics fuse box main connector clean and well contacted. Many folks seperate off the high load circuits to separate fusing, and I think this would work quite well. These and other electric upgrades are well documented in many list threads, and quite proven mods.
Well, this may have been more than you asked for, but can go on more if interested. Like I said, I am a Mondialisti and a bit passionate.
I's a great car and a great Ferrari.
Hope this helps.

As most here would agree the Mondial 3.2 is down on power. Can anyone suggest mods that can help.

Before you guys say it, I know, buy a t or better yet a 360 or... or... or...

But,

The 3.2 is attractive both by style (my opinion) and price, so I'm just wondering what little changes can help the performance. I'm also interested to know if there are any ideas on things that can enhance reliability.

Thanks!!
