try ferrarichat's parts sponsors, like sodacoms.

if you search the archives for info about the tonneau cover you'll find one or two places tha fabricate them as well (sans the connecting hardware).

I have a friend who is looking at a second hand 355 Spyder that doesn't come with a cover for when the top is down. Any ideas on where to order one? Cost?
