Kuzman, They can be easily retrofitted on a 360 (but not by Ferrari, as the OEM is required by law to supply HID with headlight washing systems....FYI that's how you can tell if a 360 has them, the wash units are built into the bumper)....The OEM wash unit requirement is due to the fact that dirty lens covers can significantly alter the light pattern on HID. Anyway, If you are looking for a retrofit, the link below is where I posted the info....Actually it's a Japanese company that makes them http://www.ferrarichat.com/discus/messages/112/222605.html?1048119010 |

M 360 has the Xenon lights. I have never been flashed at by oncoming cars yet. My wife even commented about the wonderful coverage they exhibit. Mine totally light up the road ahead for a great distance as well as some side vision. When we approched a Rail Road crossing, all the upright cross menbers were illuminated as well as the road. When given the option I will always have them! |

Xenon headlights are an option on the 360 Modena and I have them on mine, which is a European version; don't know if they are self-adjusting. Another great thing about this site that people on here are so well informed - I have learnt more about xenon lights on this thread than I ever knew despite having them on my car!

None of my cars will ever be without Xenon HID lights as they are brighter, clearer, uses less current, and draws less heat and that's enough good reasons to have them. More and more cars are coming with them as option or standard. |

Leveling devices are required on all xenon lit cars in the US. I have retrofitted my car to xenons (non-F car) but they are technically legal only for off highway use as they do not have self levelers. Mine are true white rather than the blue-white bmw color. |

I use them in place of machine guns, to clear the left lane of sloggers. I start with periodic flashes which increase in frequency as i approach, and go on full-auto once in proximity of a left lane slug who refuses to move over. I have encountered those so stubborn that they will take some retina burn for a while, and slow down in an attempt to me, but usually, the lites win. I only wish i could seriously increase their intensity. As to these lites on a ferrari, the electrical systems are scary enough without fiddling with aftermarket products. I tried to order factory xenons on the barchetta, but was informed that was no go. I have been able to get them, factory, on all sorts of other cars, though. |

Maybe your lights need to be adjusted. They could be pointing up to high, or out towards the driver's side to far. |

I have Xenons on my BMW. They automatically adjust to the weight distribution in the car so that they don't shine too brightly into oncoming cars. I don't know if Ferrari is using them yet, but if they do or plan to, hopefully they will have this automatic adjustment to avoid annoying other drivers less. |

Just wondering if Ferrari has ever used Xenon lights(HID) in any of their cars to date? I would suspect that the 360 & the 575 use this somewhat new technology? I have them on my car & love the way they look but at night oncoming traffic seems to be bothered quite easily w/ the brightness of the lights. What are your guys view on Xenon's? |
