Des, I've just started riding again after work. I'm back on a health kick & helps me relax, It alot of fun if you ever chance. There are some good trails near my home for a little "urban freeride". Here's a link for some guys I used to ride with in Ft. Worth,TX. Be warned, these guys are nuts!

Enjoy

Think of it this way DES, without a car you would save on gas money and repair bills; You can do your own "bike" maintainence; You could say "I own a ferrari; and you would be in pretty damn good shape after a while too :-)

D'oh! That's what I get for just glancing at it. It still needs a Campagnolo group to complete it.

It's just a Colnago with Ferrari decals. It looks like it comes with a Shimano XTR group, if it was a true Italian bike, it would have Campagnolo. Sure its cool but I can't justify spending $9000.00 on a carbon fiber MTB thats going to get roughed up. Me, I'm happy still with my 1998 Santa Cruz Heckler w/XT. I'll never go back to XTR again, lighter isn't always better.
